These terms describe the use of the YUESHIGUOJI website and its enquiry services for machinery, vehicles and parts. Read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

1. Website information and product selection

Confirm the exact model, configuration, condition, compatibility, quantity and required documents in your written quotation or sales agreement. Contact us if information appears unclear, inconsistent or out of date.

2. Enquiries, quotations and orders

Submitting an enquiry or requesting a quotation does not, by itself, create a purchase contract. Order acceptance and the applicable commercial terms must be confirmed between the parties. Review the agreed product specification, price, payment arrangements, delivery terms and after-sales conditions before making payment.

3. Prices and payment arrangements

Confirm the currency, total amount and any applicable freight, taxes, duties, insurance or other charges in the quotation. A request for quotation is not a payment request. Use the payment instructions confirmed for your order and contact the team if you need to verify any change to those instructions.

4. Delivery and after-sales conditions

Dispatch, delivery, warranty or service arrangements, cancellation and returns are governed by the confirmed terms of the particular order and applicable law. Our shipping and returns pages explain how to request information and report issues; they do not replace your order-specific agreement.

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, send unlawful content or use enquiry forms for unsolicited advertising. Website material remains subject to the rights of its respective owners; contact us before reusing product photographs, brand materials or other content commercially.

Updates to this website do not by themselves rewrite the terms of an already confirmed order. Any order-specific governing law or dispute arrangements should be recorded in the sales documents and remain subject to mandatory applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
