This website supports enquiries for machinery, vehicles and parts. Shipping arrangements depend on the product, configuration, quantity and delivery destination. Request and review the shipping details for your order before making payment.
1. Shipping quotations
Provide the product reference, quantity, destination country and delivery city, port or postal code when requesting a quotation. Ask for the transport method, packaging requirements, freight charges and estimated dispatch and transit times to be stated in your written quotation or sales agreement.
2. Order preparation and dispatch
Product availability, production or configuration work, order confirmation and agreed payment milestones can affect the dispatch schedule. The schedule for an individual order should be confirmed with your sales contact. A website enquiry or displayed product image is not a dispatch confirmation.
3. Freight, insurance and import charges
Confirm which freight, insurance, handling, customs duties, taxes and destination charges are included in the quotation, and which party is responsible for them. Delivery terms and any importer responsibilities must be set out in the order documents. Do not assume that these charges are included in a displayed product price.
4. Shipment information and delays
Contact the team handling your order for shipment updates and available transport documents. Transit estimates can be affected by the carrier, port operations, customs clearance and other circumstances. If your destination or delivery requirements change, notify your sales contact so the effect on the arrangements can be confirmed.
5. Receiving your shipment
Check the packaging and goods on arrival. Keep the delivery documents and take clear photographs of any visible damage, missing items or incorrect goods. Notify the carrier where required and contact us with the order details so the issue can be assessed. Keep the packaging and supporting evidence while the matter is being reviewed.
6. Order-specific terms and statutory rights
Your confirmed quotation or sales agreement sets out the shipping terms for your order. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
