Machinery, vehicles and parts can have different configurations, compatibility requirements and order conditions. Please confirm the cancellation, return and refund conditions for your selected product in the written quotation or sales agreement before making payment.

1. Check the product before ordering

Confirm the model, configuration, dimensions, compatibility, quantity and any required documentation with your sales contact. Product-specific return conditions and any agreed charges should be clearly recorded in your order documents.

2. Cancellation or changes

Contact us as soon as you need to cancel or change an order. The options can depend on whether the order has entered procurement, production, customisation or shipment. Any proposed change, cancellation cost or other adjustment should be confirmed in writing in accordance with your agreed terms and applicable law.

3. Damaged, incorrect or potentially faulty goods

Contact us with your order or quotation number, product reference, serial number where available, a description of the issue and clear photographs or video. Retain the goods, packaging and delivery documents while the issue is assessed. The appropriate resolution will depend on the confirmed issue, the order terms and your applicable rights.

4. Return arrangements

Contact us for confirmation of the return address and instructions before sending goods back. Return eligibility, freight responsibility, documentation, inspection requirements and any agreed deduction must be checked against your order terms and applicable law. Do not send equipment or parts to a general contact address without confirming the receiving arrangements.

5. Refunds

If a refund is agreed or otherwise required, the amount, currency, payment method and expected processing arrangements will be communicated in writing. The time for funds to appear can also depend on the bank or payment provider. Contact us if an agreed refund has not arrived within the stated processing period.

6. Your rights

This policy does not remove or restrict rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The terms of the particular order and any mandatory legal requirements remain relevant to cancellation, repair, replacement, return and refund requests.
